1. Optional AI voice assistant
The AI voice assistant is optional and informational. It does not speak for Eduardo M. Arroyo in a binding capacity. You choose whether to start a call; it does not start calls or request microphone access on its own.
2. ElevenLabs and service providers
ElevenLabs provides the voice assistant. When you use it, communications may be recorded, stored, processed and shared with third-party service providers to operate the service. If you do not consent, do not use the assistant. The provider’s own consent notice and controls also apply.
3. Limited email capture
Before revealing the voice assistant, we ask for your email so Eduardo can follow up. This capture stores only your email, selected language and source as the voice assistant. It does not capture audio, transcripts, conversation content, microphone data or IP address, and does not request your name, phone, company or password. We also keep that email so Eduardo can follow up with you.
4. No automatic marketing enrollment
Submitting that email does not subscribe you to a mailing list or trigger automated marketing. We use it only to respond to your inquiry unless you later opt in to something else.
5. Lead details and follow-up
When you complete the strategic assessment, use the contact form or leave your voice assistant email, we keep the details you provide so Eduardo can follow up with you. This includes your email and, where provided, name, company, message, language, assessment results and score, and campaign. We use these details only to follow up and understand which content is useful. They are not sold or shared with third parties for their own marketing.
6. Campaign tags in your browser
If a link includes UTM source, medium or campaign tags, we store those values in your browser’s localStorage for up to 30 days to attach them to an assessment you start. No other tracking data is stored this way. You can remove the tags by clearing your browser’s site data.
7. Informational AI output
AI text, voice responses and assessment output may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. They are informational only, not professional, legal, financial, medical or other advice. Independently verify information before acting on it.
